Ethel Cobbett, MD
Dr. Cobbett is board-certified in both Childhood and Adult Psychiatry. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University then went on to graduate from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine. Dr. Cobbett completed residency and fellowship training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN.
She is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi. Dr. Cobbett has practiced in various settings, including acute care, inpatient and outpatient private and community mental health centers. She specializes in treating patients with clinical depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and ADHD with expert use of both medication and psychotherapy. Her passion is to provide patient-centered care to children, adolescents and adults.
Dr. Cobbett is an active member of the American Medical Association, the Tennessee Medical Association, and the Nashville Academy of Medicine.
